Since 1895, Swarovski Professional (SP) is the global leader of manufacturing precision cut crystal for more than 5,000 fashion, jewelry and interior design customers. To exceed the expectations of our clients and to significantly improve the global impact of our marketing activities, SP is looking to hire a (JUNIOR) SEGMENT MANAGER – JEWELRY ACCOUNTS (F/M).
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
As a Jewelry Segment Manager, you will help the most successful fashion jewelry companies in the world with top notch product and marketing solutions. You will interact with the key functions of the organization – sales, product management and development, analytics, design, innovation – to exceed our customers’ expectations. We will support you in rapidly developing a holistic understanding of the business and help you build a great network.
Your main tasks:
•Take ownership and responsibility for the top account portfolio you manage
•Consult clients to understand their needs
•Analyze client performance, identify growth opportunities and execute excellent solutions to grow clients’ businesses
•Be a thought leader and sparring partner for central and regional stakeholders
•Go the extra mile and find creative ways to bring to life new products and application solutions tailored to clients’ desires
•Engage and coordinate internal departments to solve customer challenges and maximize customer satisfaction
•Deliver solutions throughout the entire process from need assessment to final product delivery with a strong sense of urgency
•Perform thorough ROI analysis to drive meaningful performance improvements
Furthermore, your profile includes the following:
• Strong academic performance in business/management subjects
• 2+ years of professional experience in product management in a similar position (additional marketing and cross-functional experience desirable)
• Result-driven & consumer oriented mindset
• Strong communication skills in English
• Passion for fashion & luxury industry
• A creative mind
• Willingness to relocate to Tyrol, Innsbruck area (we support relocation)

As required by law, we advise that the collectively agreed base annual salary for this position is set at a minimum of € 38.600.- gross. Our actual salaries are market competitive, and take individual qualifications and experience into account.
