ROLES AND RESPONSABILITIES:
• E-commerce Product Management
•Setting up an annual / monthly / daily plan for the team to work on newly added products.
•Setup ad default template for each category.
•Follow up with any technical issues and report it to IT (Web developer) so it can be solved.
•Reporting directly to head of e-commerce and discussing needs and plans to upgrade content level.
•In-charge of converting sizes project which lead to a massive reduce in sizes returns and made the sizes more clear and easily chosen by customers.
•monitoring the used systems and report any needed upgrades to IT (Web developer) department and discussing the work-flow design for any planned upgrades with them.
•In-charge of unifying related brands on the website.
•In-charge of viewing search terms on the website and replace them with related terms using a back-end specialized applications.
•Make sure products are viewed on the website with no content mistakes or technical errors and report if any.
•In -charge of categorization project to ease the products view on the website and analyze customer view data to implement any needed upgrades to the system.
•Provide the team with a plan to produce the incoming products with the most efficient ways.
•Setting up a KPI.
•Establish and drive the product strategy and vision for specific eCommerce site focus areas across 3 websites/3 brands.
•Work with retail merchandising team to develop online only SKU's. This will consist of product, color, size extensions of retail assortment and product categories.
•Managing content production team up to 5 employees which contain content agents, content coordinators,and photographers.
•Provide links to marketing team for items within categories of responsibility that are featured in upcoming emails.
•Ensure inventory is received, slotted and assets are in place for Ecom email Thrill items within categories of responsibility.
•Ensure product categorization and SEO maximizes sales and ease of use
•Ensure that the team set the target as per schedule.
•Facilitate work processes and monitoring day-to-day functions of the business.
•Monitor productive and performance.
•Continuous website content management and quality assurance
•Prepare, maintain, and deliver on the product roadmap which defines the plan for new Products.
•Monitor and analyze new technologies and make recommendations to management on their potential applications to the business.
•Prepare weekly reports for the production
•Provide orientation and training for new recruits.
•Analyze weekly sales data, publish to Ecom, Merchandising and Planning teams and recommend appropriate action. Propose reorders on fast sellers and markdowns on slow sellers.
- Outstanding technical, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally
- Proven ability to manage conflicting product priorities
- A passion for data, with very strong quantitative skills
- Candidate must be comfortable pulling data from multiple sources and performing complex analyses to quantify opportunities and/or identify business performance issues
- Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
English language a must
Arab language written/spoken a plus
Traveling would be required
