The main objective of the eCommerce Manager will be the sales conversion. It will be done by attracting visitors, using campaigns, effective SEO and engaging content that can convert them into leads and sales.
In addition, he/she will deal with content, web design, security, monitoring and online marketing.
Main Duties and Responsabilities:
•Supervision of the design and development of the website.
•Work closely with technical and development teams to achieve a web with an adequate design and structure, easy to use, fast and secure for customers.
•Monitor the data obtained in the channel for further analysis and control.
•Develop an annual marketing plan.
•Identification of improvement areas and development.
•Define sales campaigns and SEO campaigns.
•Define and control the objectives (quality of customer service, sales and marketing objectives, execution of promotions).
•Make plans to increase conversion in the purchase process.
•Control the budget and profitability of sales.
•Maintenance of the online sales platform.
•Benchmarking of competitors.
•Management of security elements to guarantee the confidentiality of information.
•Management and review of technical problems and errors.
•Management of trust elements, return policies, etc..
- Degree Level in Digital Marketing, Commercial Management or any related field.
- Proven Operating and Management skills to develop and drive web sales.
- Customer Service orientation.
- High interpersonal skills and demonstraded ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
- High decission-making, organizational, planning, analytical and probllem solving skills.
