We are currently seeking an International HR to join our HR Team at country/regions level. She/he will be in charge of: identifying talent, leading and promoting our employees’ development in order to generate engagement and to achieve Company’s goals.








Functions:
•To guarantee the recruitment process.
•To train, assess and develop the teams in order to have a high performing staff matching with the company’s needs and standards.
•To supervise from an HR perspective the stores belonging to your area, to improve the working atmosphere and to optimise the team organisation to achieve the HR goals on each area.
•To check that all Health & Safety policies are respected to guarantee a safe environment in your stores.
•To analyse KPIs per store (turnover, costs HR/sales, productivities, etc.) to take decisions regarding costs, personnel, sales, teams and salaries, which are a benefit for your stores.
•To create the HR store budgets of your area in order to guarantee the personnel costs are matching to the Company Standards.

Perfil

Requirements:
  • Education: University Degree.
  • High level of English and Spanish.
  • Complete availability to travel.
  • More than 3 years of experience as an International HR.
  • Previous experience in the fashion world.
  • High commercial skills and operational knowledge.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
