ROSA CLARÁ is looking for a Social Media Intern for the Creative & Art Department, based in the HQ in Barcelona. The Social Media Intern is responsible for coordinating and executing the company’s social media strategy, working across key social media channels including Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Google+ and Pinterest. This role offers the intern a total immersion into a thrilling digital business and the successful candidate will work closely with members of creative team as well as external social media consultants. The assistant will learn about social media, digital communications and marketing in a fashion luxury environment. This role will be instrumental in increasing our social media presence and gaining visibility for our brand among customers and clients.

Key Duties:

-Assist with streamlining company social media accounts (instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Google+ and Pinterest), assuring uniform content and setting tone of voice for graphics and publications within the communities.

-Help increase the number of followers we have on company social media accounts with key especific actions.

-Monitoring customer reactions on our social media accounts and report to the customer service team to be managed.

-Use the company’s social media management platform to schedule and track all the content.

-Provide visual guidelines and content to the company’s franchises so all communications and brand image are aligned.

-Write creative social media copies for our social media publications. The copies must be very fashion sensitive.

-Use main design programs to work creativities and content to be posted on all our social media account. Must know how to use Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.

-Help to analyze the performance of all the social media content and identificate the main KPI to evaluate and understand the effective content and continue to grow.

-Assist in the organization and coordination of especific events, openings and fashion shows.


-Proven written communication skills in English and Spanish with excellent grammar, and a passion for writing both short- and long-copy.

-A high interest in marketing, communications, and social media.

-Familiarity with key social media channels and tools.

-Knowledge of Microsoft Office pack (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

-Ability to use Adobe programs – Photoshop, Indesign and Illustrator.

-Excellent attention to detail and a high motivation to learn.

-Ability to prioritise work and complete tasks with quick turnaround times.

-The ability to work collaboratively with a team.

-Able to prioritise and juggle multiple tasks at once, completes tasks without being reminded and always looks to go the extra mile

-Passionate about the digital marketing and social media environment, especially about the bridal and fashion luxury industry.
