In this position you will join the Buying team to be in charge of the full price stores and online business of this famous luxury brand based in Netherlands,

Key Responsibilities

Allocate appropriate stock to stores by monitoring sales and set inventory target.

Work along buying to select the right product for the stores

To be in contact with the Store Managers regularly

Work with store colleagues to balance inventory requirements across the business

Investigate store queries and provide appropriate solutions

Maintain the auto allocation system set up, using appropriate target and other numerical data.

Undertake relevant analysis to support decision making
Work with logistics to ensure swift and efficient management of inventory to stores.

Ensure system accurate reflects current prices based on weekly price management decisions


1-2 years of experience in allocation/merchandising
Exceptional interpersonal skills as you will have to be in contact with the Retail Stores
Passion for the product as you will collaborate intensely with the Buying team
Analytical, numerate and accurate with good attention to detail.
Good understanding of EXCEL from intermediate to advanced level..
Self-motivated, able to work independently and as part of a team using own initiative.
Good written and oral communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels of the business
Understands relevant metrics and KPI’s relating to inventory management.
