- Proven experience in a similar role in fashion industry
- Able to plan and organize self and others, and resources including time

Key Accountabilities
Stock control
- Owner of stockroom organization and lead of the stock team
- Ensure that effective communication is maintained with the corporate functions
- Manage the stock organization in accordance with Gucci guidelines and procedures and quality standards (care of prodcuts)
- Ensure the reception and tagging of merchandise deliveries are performed in a timely manner and according to policy
- Ensure merchandise flows in and out is managed in a timely and precise manner
- Supervise the flow of goods between storage and shop floor and ensure that merchandise replenishment is done punctually and accurately
- Manage packaging and uniform flows
- Daily control of Negative Report, Consignment Book and Markdown reports, when needed
- Ensure orders and stock levels of stationary, drinks and packaging orders and stock levels
- Plan and perform inventories according to the corporate policy
- Be a stakeholder in monitoring loss-prevention and damaged goods
- Prepare, organize and lead fiscal end-of-year and middle-year stock take
- Liaise with the Inventory Control team
- Supervise the cash register operations, making sure that transactions are done correctly without discrepancies
- Ensure a strong level of awareness in regard to cash register operations and procedures
- Ensure till points are operative and efficient
After sales
- Supervising the after sales service making sure that it delivers a high level of customer satisfaction
- Monitor KPI and optimize operational efficiency
- Responsible for escalated customer interaction on customer problems, concerns and complaints
- Be the point of contact with the corporate Facility team for all the related issues
Team management
- Ensure a strong level of awareness among sales and back office team in regard to store operations and policies
- Ensure that the whole team is constantly updated about all in-store procedures providing training  if needed
