Our Head Office as well as our Distribution Center is located in Barcelona, a city open to the sea and with a laid back, fun and cheerful lifestyle that inspires our garments and the personality of our company.

The Production and Quality Control Manager is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of, and adherence to, quality control initiatives and programs designed to ensure the attainment of company product standards.
Manage QC Team and serve as the primary contact for all vendors/suppliers.
Track all WIP production reports to prepare QC team for inbound scheduling audits
Manage quality control programs by focusing on continuous quality improvements.
Build and maintain QC reporting models to evaluate in-line inspections, tolerances, QC timing, and overall quality standards
Provide season-by-delivery Quality reports; implement a Quality manual for all vendors.
Develop and report a detailed Quality Assurance audit report to all Executives evaluating overall quality performances on all shipments.
Review and analyze QC reports to implement process improvements in garment execution and manufacturing quality procedures
Partner with Technical Design Team to ensure vendor partners are adhering to block requirements
Oversee onsite (Distribution Center and/or manufacturing facilities) QC inspection and garment measuring
Forecast and maintain temporary labor to meet product AQL deadlines.
Develop a corrective action quality program for any/all vendors not adhering to Smash quality standards.
Develop and train Smash core vendors on a certified auditor program in order to improve overall in country quality methods.
Working knowledge of testing standards
Understanding of manufacturing, production, quality assurance and testing
Ability to travel to Spain for periodical meetings
Proficient in English language (verbal and written)
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, results-oriented, team environment
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel
