Accounting related operation & coordination
1.Set up and Regulate the Accounting Operation Procedures and Rules

2.Payments Preparation and Processing; Invoices/ Tickets Recording and Filing; Sales Invoicing

3.Monthly - Company Operation P/L making; Performance Analyzing; Sales Accounting (Unit Store) checking; Cash flow Review and forecast

4.Quarterly – Taxation work supporting and coordinating with Cuatra casas

5.Yearly- Auditing work supporting and coordinating with Auditors; assist to make the new fiscal year budgeting plan



ADMIN related operation & coordination
1. Suppliers Sourcing and Contract Negotiation, Recording and Filing
2. Company Asset Recording and Maintaining
3. Team Building Planning and Organization

Perfil

Key requirements:
1. Accounting / Finance Major in University /Collage
2. 3 Years + Accounting working experiences in Retail Business
3. Multi-task character
4. Excellent on Excel, Word, Ppt

 
Language:
Spanish (Native), English (Fluent), Chinese (preferred)
