Descripción del puesto
Responsible of window and in-store displays, signage and pricing concepts;
Implement standards and corporate image of the brand in stores;
Meeting sales managers and retail managers to discuss sales strategies;
Checking propositions, fabrics, hardware and lighting;
Creating visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines including layout principles, visual dressings and signage;
Visiting branches to coach in-store visual merchandising or sales teams to interpret the guidelines and training them in the execution of the visual concept;
Assembling or dismantling visual displays in windows or in-store;
Carrying out comparison shops to maintain awareness of other retailers' visual merchandising concepts;
Leading and motivating teams to complete displays to tight deadlines;
Seeking feedback from colleagues and customers on the visual impact of displays and implementing changes;
Ensuring that the visual campaigns reflect what it’s happening within the brand;
Responsible for liaising with suppliers for all materials required executing the displays and making sure a high visual merchandising standard are maintained within all boutiques;
Control and monitoring the annual window displays budget;
Working together with Marketing team on the year events with all decoration requirements;
Training conduction to each store team along with local VM’s in the region and organizing VM training conventions.
- creative capacity and excellent knowledge of the fashion visual world
- supervisory experience preferred
- proficient in windows-based software such as excel and word
- must be able to utilize and master internal software systems Sap
- initiative/sense of urgency; demonstrated problem solving skills
- organizational skills
- strategic planning and competitive analysis abilities
- ability to interact with multiple departments and interact with employees at all levels
- college degree required in this field
- 5-7 years in positions offering relevant experience
- experience working in a visual merchandising environment for a similar category in the fashion sector
