Su propuesta, basada en la sobriedad y la libertad, se ha mantenido a lo largo de los años.A día de hoy, la firma de moda de autor, fundada por el diseñador homónimo, tiene 391 puntos de venta en todo el mundo además de un canal de venta online con distribución a 30 países.FuncionesLa principal misión del puesto es apoyar al Responsable de Auditoría Interna en el objetivo de ayudar a la organización a cumplir sus objetivos aportando un enfoque sistemático y disciplinado para evaluar y mejorar la eficacia de los procesos de gestión de riesgos, control y gobernanza. Para ello, será necesario que realice tareas de análisis de los controles que dispone la organización y reporte al Responsable sus conclusiones. Se persigue a través de este proceso mejorar y proteger el valor de Adolfo Domínguez:- Realización de pruebas de auditorías, incluyendo la interlocución con las Áreas involucradas en base al plan anual de Auditoría Interna.- Documentar la información relevante de cada auditoría.- Elaborar la propuesta de informe de auditoría.- Realizar el seguimiento de las recomendaciones y reporte al Responsable de Auditoría Interna.- Revisión y validación de los controles implantados en el Modelo de Compliance.- Análisis del cumplimiento de la normativa aplicable.- Gestión de riesgos y revisión de la implementación de los planes de mitigación.- Colaborar en los informes y reporting dirigidos al Comité de Auditoria y a la DirecciónOtras:- Realizar un uso adecuado de los activos asignados conforme a las políticas de compliance en vigor y públicas en la intranet de la compañía.- Actuar según las directrices del sistema de gestión de seguridad de la información la organizaciónRequisitosImprescindible: Estudios superiores, preferiblemente en ADE o Derecho o similarFormación ISO 27001 de al menos 1 hora de duración.Deseable: Master en Auditoría / Master en dirección de Empresas de Moda / Gestión y Dirección textil / Gestión y Dirección Comercial/Master Compliance y Riesgos Corporativos.Imprescindible: Microsoft Office (Excel avanzado, PowerPoint, Word), Idioma inglés.Disponibilidad para viajar por España y ocasionalmente realizar viajes internacionales.Deseable: PowerBI u otras herramientas de gestión de datos; otros idiomasExperiencia en ERM (Enterprise Risk Management)Valorable mínimo un año en la posición similar o auditoría ExternaPosibilidad de residir en OurenseSe ofreceJornada Continua de lunes a viernes.Posibilidad de 6 días de teletrabajo.Equipo joven y en crecimiento.Si la oferta te parece interesante ¡No dudes en inscribirte!

To support and drive that growth, the Legal Counsel Team is looking for a Legal Trainee to join us, based in Madrid. The Legal Counsel team supports our business by providing timely advice on multiple areas to ensure commercial and strategic goals. WHAT YOU'LL DO : Support the Legal Manager with the preparation of legal documents for the stakeholders or suppliers Assist Customer Relations to review the response to the customers complaints Assist the Commercial team to take care of customers' complaints Review local legislation and regulatory frameworks Prepare corporate resolutions and all the related matters with the Notary, and Commercial Registry Cooperate with the Marketing team reviewing the communication of commercial campaigns (sales and/ or promotions) Handle several administrative and financial department tasks (tracking and record of documents) Learn how to manage external counsels and other legal agents WHO YOU ARE : You are currently studying Bachelor's or a Master's degree in Laws, Political Science, Business Administration, or similar You are genuinely interested in our brand, people, and developing organizations You speak Spanish and have strong English proficiency, both written and spoken You speak Portuguese (ideally) You are a versatile and adaptive team player, with a positive attitude and a detail-oriented approach to your task WHAT WE OFFER : You will be working approximately 35 hours per week and the work time can be planned around your studies.
