We are seeking a proactive and highly organized Administrative Commercial Profile with a positive, hands-on spirit. This role is essential in supporting our operations, managing our social media presence, and assisting with international event logistics. Key Responsibilities:

- Provide exceptional administrative support across departments to ensure smooth operations.

IBIZA, WITH INTERNATIONAL TRAVEL TO CITIES INCLUDING MIAMI, NEW YORK, LONDON, AND MORE

- Manage logistics and travel arrangements for international shows across various countries, ensuring seamless coordination.

- Assist in planning and executing events and exhibitions, including setting schedules, managing registrations, and coordinating with vendors.

- Oversee and optimize our social media channels, curating relevant content and engaging with our audience.

- Maintain organized records, reports, and documentation while ensuring all deadlines are met.

- Foster a collaborative environment, sharing ideas to enhance processes and improve efficiency.

Perfil

- Proven experience in a similar administrative or commercial role, preferably within a creative or fast-paced environment.

- Exceptional organizational skills, with an eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

- Comfortable with social media management and content creation, bringing fresh ideas to our channels.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a positive, can-do attitude.

- Willingness to travel internationally for events, with flexibility in working hours as needed.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with social media platforms and management tools.

- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
