WHAT WOULD YOUR DAY TO DAY BE LIKE AT MANGO?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our International Payroll Team. The successful candidate will provide crucial administrative support to ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll for our international employees. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of international payroll, including data entry, verifying timesheets, and ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies.
  • Maintain accurate employee payroll records and databases, including updating employee information, tax forms, and banking details.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as HR and Finance, to resolve payroll-related issues and inquiries.
  • Prepare payroll reports, summaries, and analysis as needed to support decision-making and compliance requirements.
  • Assist with the coordination of payroll audits and compliance reviews, ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the International Payroll Team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing documents.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives to improve payroll processes, systems, and efficiency.
Qualifications:

  • Native German Speaker is a must.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • Proven experience in administration or related administrative roles.
  • Familiarity with international payroll processes, regulations, and compliance requirements is highly desirable but not a must.
  • Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
