In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Regional Europe Head of Construction. Your responsibilities include advising the commercial department on financial and technical feasibility of store development projects. You will be leading cross-functional project meetings, managing and monitoring project timelines, coordinating work progress, and ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and brand identity across European markets.

About the job
In this exciting role, you will report directly to the Regional Europe Head of Construction. Your responsibilities include advising the commercial department on financial and technical feasibility of store development projects. You will be leading cross-functional project meetings, managing and monitoring project timelines, coordinating work progress, and ensuring adherence to budget, quality, and brand identity across European markets.
Your main duties will be the following:
- Provides technical feasibility, timings, and cost of projects
- Executes kick off meetings, collects technical data, and provides briefing to the store planning team including legal and operational requirements
- Collects and consolidates layout feedback from the parties (landlord, market, partner), aligned with concept guidelines and the approved budget
- Follow up the defined time schedule to ensure that each activity is organized and monitored in the appropriate sequence for construction and POP opening
- Coordinates and supervises the work progress, shares regular feedbacks and warning in case of delays
- Takes quick action in case of unexpected issues to avoid delays and extra costs
- Coordinates and approves the orders according to the defined thresholds
- Monitors the budget of each project to respect the initial approved amounts
- Supervises the external consultants and drive them to achieve the team goals
- Organizes and performs formal handovers to the sales team
- Ensures the quality of the implementation and adherence with brand identity
- Evaluates and analyze time and cost deviation
- Ensures the completion of snagging lists
- Ensures the accurate and on-time completion of the reporting tools

- Rich Experience in Retail Project Management/Store Development/Store Construction
- Capability to foresee problems and plan ahead effectively
- Very Good problem solving skills
- Very Good process understanding and ability to design, implement, and monitor processes
- Very Good communication and negotiation skills to align and influence different stakeholders during the planning and implementation process
- Result driven personality
- Willingness to travel regularly (50%)
- Excellent English language skills, knowledge of Spanish, German or French is a plus
