You are mainly in charge of the followings tasks :
- Contribution to the development of our brand by providing a unique in store experience, promoting the brand image
- Organization of the store : current administration, HR matters, visual merchandising, stock management and replenishment
- Management of the team : training, motivating, feedbacks, skills development
- Optimization of CRM
- Proposition to increase turnover, traffic customers and clients’loyalty
Perfil
You have an excellent fashion culture and you understand the competitive area
You have management habilities, organization skills and KPI and CRM are a part of your professionnal success
You need to be fluent english and spanish speaker
