Perfil

- Minimum bachelor degree, experience in sales
- 1-3 years of experience in the same or similar job key activities and responsibilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent sales skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong networking abilities
- English is required
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in sales strategy creation and business development to enhance business growth
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the customers needs
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of the account and act at the point of communication for all internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support in troubleshooting and resolving customer issues and complaints
- Attend to the negotiation meetings and be aware of the contracts with the client and the timeline of performance set by the customer and Head of Business Development
- Set account KPIs, monitor, analyze and report market sales and marketing activities and results
- Create, develop and maintain customer database.
- Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to the HBD and later to the customer together to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams on new campaigns and strategies
- Participate in effectively P&L account management and sales forecast made at the beginning of the year through achieving the agreed upon total revenue and profit objectives set for the account and territory ( weekly, monthly, quarterly, annually)
- Review pending orders and specific customers requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience
- Sets deadlines and communicate with clients even before the sales activities start and, when is necessary, communication with sales marketing
- Suggest sales process improvements and identify new business opportunities for growth
- Create and improve customer service in a specific market, and sets standards
- Create the marketing plan peer account
- In collaboration with the trade marketing team, implement sales & trade marketing plan and ensure all the sales activities, such as merchandising, promotion, services are correctly implemented across distribution
- Collaborate with Retail Performance Manager for all planned campaigns and activations ensuring retail team per client if needed.
- Stay up-to-date with new product and feature launches
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
