Descripción del puesto

Commercial director will have a key role in developing sales and visibility of the brand.

•Define the wholesale distribution strategy, online and offline, with Carmen March.
•Define and review yearly and seasonal sales budgets. Create follow up sales reports.
•Be responsible for financial planning and budgetary control.
•Develop wholesale distribution: identify and contact new boutiques. Respond to new stockists enquiries and determine suitability for the brand.
•Set up commercial agreements with existing and new clients.
•Follow up of existing customers. Travel to visit them, develop marketing activities and ad hoc events such as Trunk shows to help to support sales.
•Organize seasonal show rooms and set up clients’ appointments schedule.
•Assist and guide clients when putting a range together and advise on best sellers and the most suitable styles for their needs according to previous sales figures.
•Ensure wholesale client's payments are up-to- date, cover all sales order administration and invoice and credit for wholesale clients. Ensure the highest possible customer service and follow through of orders and deliveries.
•Work closely with Studio along the collection development process to build a successful collection.
•Identify markets and key local partners and build relationships with these prospective partners.
•Build financial models for prospective new business ventures, assessing financial benefits.
•Set up and agreeing commercial terms with partners.

Perfil

Wholesale experience in fashion industry. Understanding of market trends.
Team player and self-sufficient in their role. Problem solving capability and independently resourceful. Likes entrepreneurial environment, and attention to detail
Strong communication skills, empathy
Language skills, preferably English, Italian and Spanish.
