MISSION:
Ensure that ASICS consumers gets the best experience possible when contacting our EMEA Consumer
Experience Contact Hub.
ROLE:
- Deliver a best in class consumer experience attending consumers in all sort of questions about
our products or services through the different existing contact points (i.e.: phone, email,
Twitter, Facebook...)
- Contribute and support the implementation of the Global Consumer Experience Strategy into
the Local market.
- Data entry and maintenance of data related to the consumers into the ticketing system & CRM
Platform.
- Manage Cases and Ecommerce questions using the software tools provided.
- Review the information that ASICS delivers to the consumers at local level in all possible
sources (web, newsletters, Twitter, Facebook posts, events...)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Enjoy taking care and helping people.
- Native German, high English level. AND another European language with a proficiency level (French, Dutch, Spanish or Italian...)
- Work experience in a similar position preferred.
- Valuable knowledge in social networks (Twitter & Facebook mainly)
- Persuasive and good communicator.
- Ability to work both individual and team work.
- Attentive, empathic, flexible and proactive.
- Eager to learn.
- Practices sports.
- Studies: Higher education, Bachelor Degree or Degree in Sport science and physical activity or
Business Administration.
