Position Summary The Affiliate Execution Planner is a Supply chain role that covers both Supply and Demand area in Execution Horizon across defined range of brands in the affiliate. Main Connection point between affiliate and regional Supply and Demand in 0-2M horizon Drives good execution of the plan and adjustment by exception of sales drivers and NPL in collaboration with sales, Marketing and Regional inventory deployment Secures the short-term availability of finished goods complying with the company's service standards, sales plans, allocation policies and IBP process. Senses recent demand trends and communicates to the operational demand planners to adjust the 3-12M plan Leads excess review process in collaboration with sales and brand teams Job Description - Responsible for Execution horizon 0 - 2 month - Tracks orders against demand plan on daily basis, analyzes "forecast left-to-go" and over attainment and action key deviations with the affiliate Sales team and with Inventory Deployment where needed to maximize Sales revenue and minimize excess. - Focusing on execution of Sales Drivers and NPL to identify gaps in execution vs demand and supply. Follow up with relevant actions to close the gaps on orders/demand/supply side to maximize Sales revenue. Demand Plan responsibility - Executes DP adjustments for promo reconciliation process and month end LL rollover. - Executes DP adjustments for tester, saleable as tester controlling the events and future promotions. - Analyze demand trends in the execution horizon, sense demand changes, provide information to the Operational Demand Planner to shape demand in operational horizon - Analyzes short term Sales drivers and NPL changes and adjust demand in execution horizon for significant changes, always within available supply and no touch to actual month. - Review master data to guarantee the best fill rate and service level. Supply Risks responsibility - Serves as single point of contact in the affiliate for Supply area in Execution horizon. -Control and monitoring stock for Online business vs B&M business, controlling the safety stock, reservations, and allocations. - Collaborates with Regional Inventory deployer & Commercial Regional Supply Managers to ensure inventory needed in the affiliate is on time and to resolve supply gap as needed. - Monitors key supply risks vs plan and align with affiliate sales and product marketing on the risks in order to create mitigation plans to achieve sales targets and to push on customers to shift orders towards available items to maximize Fill rate. Excess process responsibility - Lead Excess Review process in affiliate, collaborating with Sales & brand team to agree corrective actions to prevent and reduce excess. Control execution of excess usage plans Main Connection point between affiliate and regional Supply and Demand in 0-2M horizon - Leads Execution weekly meetings or touchpoints with key multifunctional counterparts in affiliate (representing sales and product marketing) to review key deviations vs. agreed operating plan (focusing NPL, Sales Drivers, Attainment gaps, Supply gaps, Excess) and drive actions. - Tracks and records key gaps in execution and performance of NPL and Sales drivers as well as key attainment gaps for actual and past 1M and provides insights and alerts for these gaps to Regional operational planners and Regional Inventory Deployment planners.

Perfil

Job Requirements & Qualifications 2-4+ years experience Languages English Fluent Spanish Native Work Experience & Profile SUPPLY CHAIN - Experience in Planning, preferably in a Demand Planning role - Knowledge of, and experience with forecasting, demand planning, supply planning and S&OP - Knowledge of beauty industry and regional / affiliate market trends - Strong analytical and modeling skills with hands-on experience with statistical forecasting and planning tools SAP, o9, Power BI.
