Manage and review the merchandise on site to ensure that categorization, grids, imaginery and product disposition are accurate and meet brand guidelines.
Build up the online image strategy along with the Marketing and brand manager and head of e-commerce.
Collect and organize data feeds from manufacturers.
Create the calendar for the e-commerce shootings taking into account the number of references per collection, attend to the studio productions, deal with the photography requests as well as manage the sample request.
Booking of models and the different professionals involved in shootings.
Come up, track and update the web product content, including images, videos, products information, and features/benefits as necessary.
Billing and budgeting administration of the e-commerce projects.
Maintain calendars and reports related to production and marketing departments.
Coordinate with several departments to deliver the correct requested outputs on time.
Work closely with head of department to coordinate best practices.
Managing the day to day tasks.
Review of raw product data provided by vendors and formatting to internal templates.
Helping to define and then executing on the overall ecommerce strategy.
Content Production and coordination.
Strong proficiency with microsoft office including excel, powerpoint and outlook.
An Analytical and collaborative person, capable of organizing its task in an effectively way.
Knowledge of image and retouch standards.
aesthetic sense and able to create looks and following the brand image and identity.
Proactive and dynamic, able to work in a multitasking environment and identify priorities.
Motivated self-starter who can manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously with a positive, can-do attitude.
Ability to work under tight timelines wth precise occuracy.
Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with cross-functional departments.
Collaborative worker who can adapt to change and is comfortable with ambiguity.
1-3 years experience in e-commerce or retail.
Demostrated knowledge of digital platforms, google analytics and fashion enviroment and product knowledge.
English written and spoken is a must.
