About the Job
The ECI Account Manager will be responsible for driving the ECI business and building brand equity, driving Net revenue and profitability: youth floor, Big and tall, and the ECI distressed business. In addition, this role will be responsible for developing and driving the execution of strategic business plans for each account showing progress year on year in terms of business, product presentation, and Brand Experience, achieving monthly, quarterly & annual KPIs and driving the Dockers brand extension in ECI.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Develop and execute long-term strategic business plans to grow the Net revenues and profitability and to ensure the Brand positioning and assortment segmentation strategies. Plans will include doors development, space and location optimization, assortment segmentation, marketing initiatives, T&C.
- Execute seasonally and yearly the plans
- Hold regular meetings with the Key Accounts to monitor results, progress and update strategies and actions. Lead the conversations on Terms & Conditions to grow the business top and bottom line.
- Develop a deep knowledge of data and KPI to take decisions and make proposals to develop the accounts. Collect and leverage market information and stay always on top of the game to identify opportunities and risks and take prompt decisions. Proactively look and implement the best practices in place in other markets and within other channels
- Collect and analyze all the account's data related to sell out, stock coverage, sell in.
- Support the forecasting process in collaboration with the planning team by giving clear strategic direction and growth opportunities derived from sell-in to sell-out methodology (mastering the ROS, life of line, €/M²,and other key metrics)
- roll out (refits, relocations...) control and follow up for Wholesale doors
- Ensure effective preparation of the sell-in sessions and lead them to achieve revenue targets and profitability targets; optimize pre-bookings, order book conversion, and door openings, in collaboration with the merchandise team.
- Identify & deliver opportunities to achieve sell-out and sell in increase thru space management: growth, relocation, branded space implementation and VM execution
- Ensure the team identifies & delivers opportunities to achieve sell-out and sell in thru distribution or product categories with existing accounts.
- Influence KA store team (ECI)
- Deliver training of store staff
- Administrative tasks: provide specific formats, preparation, and promotion


- Bachelors degree in business, finance, and/or related field and with proven success in account management of at least 5 years;
- Fluent in English and Spanish;
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of the drivers of profitability both for the company and its customers
- Ability to identify future business opportunities or risks and to develop strategies to address
- Ability to anticipate and identify competitor, retail and market changes which may impact our business
- Experience managing teams on all sales metrics
- Experience building and developing a team
