As part of Modelama Studio, you will:
WHAT WE OFFER:
- Research global trends and translate them into commercial, innovative concepts.
- Develop collections across different product categories with a strong focus on details, materials, and craftsmanship.
- Work closely with major international clients, presenting ideas, building ranges, and adapting to their needs.
- Travel when required (fairs, client meetings, sourcing trips, India development trips).
- Collaborate daily with our India development team to bring your designs to life through sampling and production.

Perfil
We are currently expanding our team and looking for two Senior Designers (one for Woven and one for Jersey) and one Junior Designer to join our Barcelona team.
1. Senior Designer – Woven
Requirements:
1. Senior Designer – Woven
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience designing woven womenswear for a supplier or buying office.
- Strong understanding of pattern construction, volumes, trims, embroideries, and fabric development.
- Professional level in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Excellent trend awareness and ability to build cohesive collections.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Experience working in suppliers is a strong plus.
2. Senior Designer – Jersey / Circular
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in jersey/circular knit womenswear design for a supplier or buying office.
- Deep technical knowledge of fits, washes, prints, embellishments, and fabric bases.
- Professional Adobe skills (Illustrator/Photoshop).
- Excellent trend awareness and ability to build cohesive collections.
- High level of English (spoken and written).
- Experience working in suppliers is a strong plus.
3. Junior Designer – Womenswear
Requirements: - 1–2 years of experience in a fashion supplier or brand.
- Solid Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop skills.
- Passion for trends, research, moodboards, and collection building.
- High level of English.
- Strong organisational skills and willingness to support seniors while developing your own creative voice.
