RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as a consultant to managers and staff from the area of competency providing direct and personal support
- Drive Associate engagement programs, acting as Employee Relations Subject Matter Expert, monitor Associate feedback to drive effective employee relations, retention and reward programs
- Responsible for organizational development, set up and improve the internal structure composition
- Manage labor relations if applicable and complex cases with both internal and external parties, while integrating legislative shifts into HR policy and practices
- Examine and analyze job content, duties and responsibilities given by the operational heads carefully, and ensures that they are relevant to the real work performed
- Own the ownership above the Job catalogs
- Set up and evaluate key HR metrics for performance monitoring and create people-centric plans to meet business demands through a strong understanding of how talent fits into the business strategy and how to develop talent
- Provide timely and accurate answers to all HR related queries by building strong and empathic employee relationship
- Oversee employee lifecycle process with the focus on HR administration activities, employee contracts and files
- Monitor internal HR database, check data consistency and provide innovative support for HR data quality assurance
- Participate in setting up the bonus structure and perform of MERIT process
- Participate in salary increase process by giving the opinion according to HR metrics
- Focus on providing HR solutions to meet the company needs
- Design and implement the company's HR operations policies and procedures
- Distribute business tasks, control and monitor daily activities outcome
- Coordinate activities within the team, coach, mentor, or otherwise help team members to improve their knowledge or skills
- Set KPIs and objectives for the team, track progress and provide feedback
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HR Operations trends and best practices
- Facilitate and manage the talent review process and succession planning in partnership with management
- All other activities according to Supervisor request in behalf of job position requirements
Perfil
- A university degree (economy, natural or social science, psychology)
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in the same or similar job/ key activities and responsibilities,
- Excellent organizational and communication skills,
- Excellent in English in writing and speaking,
- Excellent decision-making and analytical skills,
- Strong verbal as well as non-verbal communication skills,
- Exceptional team management and organizational skills,
- Excellent knowledge of organization and process management,
- Excellent professional and soft skills, ability to design and implement fair and clean company policies,
- Ability to take quick decisions while working in a fast-paced environment, good knowledge of labor law
