We are looking for a wholesale manager in the fashion industry with previous experience managing agents and clients.

Reporting to the General Manager the selected candidate main responsabilities will be:

* Own the development, implementation and execution of the wholesale channel sales plan to deliver on short and long-term sales goals for the brand.
* Establish short and long-term sales goals for all accounts, territories and manage wholesale business to these goals.
* Analyze sales KPI and data to produce forecasts.
* Cultivate relationships with decision makers and leadership at key accounts, direct accounts and international partners, including franchise program.
* Work with marketing and operations team to establish key account seasonal sales and marketing plans to drive sell through results.
* Work closely with product and merchandising teams to leverage feedback from buyers and retailers to identify growth opportunities for key items and categories.
* Partner with creative and marketing teams to develop creative strategies to connect the System Action brand, products and partnerships with target consumers in domestic and international wholesale markets.
* Own P&L for Wholesale department, including opex, forecasting and inventory management.
* Monitor competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities.

* A minimum of 2 years experience in a fashion brand working in wholesale department.
* Commercially savvy and highly proficient in brand building.
* Fluent in written and verbal English and Spanish, french is a plus.
* Personable with excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships.
* Good listener who is culturally sensitive.
* Self-starter, big picture orientated with an eye for detail.
* Available to travel 50% of the time.
