Headquartered in Barcelona and founded in 1964, Pronovias Group is the first global bridal group shaping the future of our industry for every bride.
Pronovias Group is looking for a person passionate about technology, clearly oriented towards the business, with a dynamic mindset, resolute, analytical skills, willing to be a game changer and create value propositions to transform the Business.
The selected person will work closely with the business-process team in the Technology department and will establish bonds with key Business areas (e.g. Operations, Logistics, Finance, Commercial) by documenting processes, leading improvements, and providing second level support.
To do so, the person will analyze in detail the improvement of business processes, document, and deploy them by configuring the system based on the specifications and ensuring user training. The person will also provide second level support, resolving incidents and user queries and identifying opportunities for improvement during the process.

Responsabilities and Functions:
- Provide cross-functional support to business areas and internal teams within Technology.
- Identify new opportunities based on business needs, planning the deployment of improvements.
- Analyze business processes and implement them, eventually configuring the system (M3); collaborate with internal customers, ensuring their training, including documentation and support.
- Run daily maintenance tasks to ensure business system availability.
- Do second level support, particularly stabilizing solutions after go-live, satisfying business needs.
- Actively participate in business meetings for planning and prioritization of initiatives.
- Collaborate with the IT team and other departments by establishing relationships with key individuals.
- Lead the process knowledge base by recording processes and including supporting information.

Perfil

- 3 years of experience in making proposals and configuring systems according to requirements; consulting background and experience with Infor M3 not required but will be an asset.
- Experience presenting and implementing improvements to Business and IT divisions.
- High analytical and problem-solving skills, splitting large problems into smaller ones.
- Good level of Microsoft Office and advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Motivated, committed, and decisive, focused on results.
- Must lead and have a sense of responsibility ensuring the execution and completion of business projects.
- Work as part of a team, in a collaborative manner to evaluate requests, and be autonomous when required.
- Ability to perform in dynamic environments with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills at different levels, from managers of other departments (e.g. Operations, Finance), Business Managers, as well as technical matters with the IT teams.
- Being able to build relationships with people within the technology team, as well as with other departments.
- Entrepreneurial attitude, looking for creative solutions.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree; certifications (e.g. CPA, PMO, or equivalent) is not required but will be an asset.
- High proficiency in Spanish and English; knowledge of other languages will be an asset.
