We are a Barcelona-based wholesale company since 2018 that is currently present in more than 30 countries. We collaborate with retailers, concept stores, and marketplaces both nationally and internationally. We’re now looking for a Sales Manager to lead our growing commercial team and support our next phase of growth.

Lead the sales team (5 people), boost revenue, open new markets, and align sales strategy with company goals.
What you’ll do
• Develop and execute B2B sales strategies
• Manage, coach, and inspire the sales team
• Set goals and monitor KPIs
• Identify and develop new market opportunities
• Negotiate with key accounts and partners
• Attend trade shows and industry events
• Coordinate with product, logistics, and marketing
• Report on sales performance and forecasts

Perfil
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales management (preferably wholesale/B2B)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Analytical and results-oriented mindset
• Fluent in Spanish and English
