The team in Barcelona are looking to expand their Merchandising/Production team as the business continues to grow.

Descripción del puesto
As the Junior Production Merchandiser / Account Manager, you will be working alongside our Production manager as additional support over a group of clients which we operate from our Barcelona Studio, in collaboration with our China HQ. You will be reporting directly to our Production Manager and Company Director for daily duties, our vision is to provide the best service found within the fashion industry to our customers.
Job responsibilities include:
+ Developing a solid professional relationship with clients of your account by using strong communication and commercial skills.
+ Establishing close working partnership with our China based production teams.
+ Following-up on fabric sourcing and fabric development for your clients. Including the ability to use your initiative to recognize potential opportunities to grow business for the group.
+ Negotiating prices and deliveries with buyers in case this is required for your account and work with our production teams to find solutions in costing and deliveries.
+ Leadership of your account's Critical path from confirming the order until the delivery of the production under the guidance of our Production manager and Director.
+ Closely monitoring Quality standards and inspections with our technical and China production teams.
+ Face to face and virtual meetings with clients, to present new collections and general business development alongside our Design Teams.

Perfil
Desired Profile for the role includes:
+ Dedicated and understanding individual, with excellent cultural awareness.
+ Ability to work cohesively within a team.
+ Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
+ 2 years of work experience in a similar position and Asia production experience are required to apply.
+ Availability to travel overseas regularly.
+ A University Bachelor's degree (In Business or Fashion ideally) is required, but Masters degree is strongly preferred
+ Spanish and English speaking ability, a 3rd language like Chinese or French is preferred but no essential.
+ Driver's license
