Marketing Intern

SOW BRAND MARKETING INTERN

Support the local marketing team through specific activities related to PR, Brand engagement and internal communication.

- Control the PR, Showroom & Music Studio calendar and activations

- Be in charge of facilities management in Casa Levi's until its closing: office supplies, drinks, maintenance.
 

• Coordinate needs with vendors and suppliers. Manage SAP, PO's creation and control.

- Support PR team on leveraging the PR activation plan and brand activities in Spain and Portugal.

- Keep the brand space look and feel updated and well-equipped form product and samples perspective.

- Key internal stakeholders to work with: brand Iberia team, and close partnership with PR and activations agencies.

INTERNAL COMMUNICATION

- Develop a monthly mailing newsletter for internal stakeholders compiling the main activities and kpis from the brand space in Madrid.

- Support the team in developing documents and presentations on the Brand Marketing Activations.

- Support the team when needed attending the events or activations that happen at local level.
