Your Role:
As Personal Assistant, you will be the right hand of the founder. You’ll be responsible for organizing the brand’s administrative backbone – from scheduling and follow-ups to keeping the company’s operations running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain administrative systems
- Follow up with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners
- Manage calendars, bookings, and travel arrangements
- Support with invoicing, data entry, and expense tracking
- Prepare documents, reports, and internal overviews
- Coordinate sample shipments and return
Perfil
You Are:
- Detail-oriented and structured
- A clear communicator in English (Dutch or Spanish is a plus)
- Able to work independently and take initiative
- Experienced in working with digital tools (Excel, Google Drive, etc.)
- Interested in fashion, design, and entrepreneurship
- Flexible, trustworthy, and discreet
