OBJECTIVE
Build the Digital and Marketing LOPE consumer data ecosystem connecting all GMP platforms to maximize the knowledge and orchestration of the Consumer Journey in collaboration with the rest of the teams (Advocay, CRM, Media, etc.).
Bring business value through the implementation of Digital and Marketing use cases defined together with the business owners.
Close collaboration with the Global CDMO in transversal initiatives and implement general guidelines.
REPONSIBILITIES
Product Owner for Digital and Marketing Use Cases:
· Excellence in execution in Tagging and Analytics: Ensuring compliance with the Global CDMO guidelines
· Adding improvements to ensure data quality/integrity, adapting to the digital ecosystem changes
· Ensure integration between all GMP platforms for all brands and new acquisitions
· Enrich and evolve the beauty consumer measurement/analysis at a global level (Single Beauty ID)
· Strategic and technological consultancy for the different projects in the digital field, partnership with E-Retailers, etc.
· Managing the Digital Analytics agency's teams and their relationship with L'ORÉAL
· Data monitoring and analysis to deliver business insights
· Attribution models
· Consulting and support to brand managers to provide the data solution that best suits on each case
· Training sessions and upskilling for the teams
· Definition and maintenance of dashboards for automated monitoring of the main KPIs of the company's stakeholders (brand managers, performance media, eKams, ...)
Technical Competences required:
· Bachelor's degree
· 2 to 5 years of experience in Digital/Data Analytics positions
· Strong analytical and data skills
· Excellent communication and cooperation skills and ability to work within cross division and cross function teams
· Ability to understand and measure business needs and financial impacts
· Project Management Methodologies : Agile / Scrum / Lean
· Understanding of effective use of Media & CRM data
· Deep knowledge of GMP ecosystem (specially GA/GA4, GTM) and visualization tools (Looker, Power BI...)
· English is a must

- Prioritize tasks/backlog in Agile delivery mode with the data engineers and BI Analysts
- Inform & communicate to all involved contributors & stakeholders: achievements, alerts and next steps. Propose action plans
- Follow projects KPI via dedicated reportings & mapping
