Responsibilities:

Promote a positive and professional team environment that fosters trust, integrity and superior performance standards, leading by example.
Working on the shop floor, you will be in constant contact with the team, supporting and coaching where needed, ensuring a consistent client experience.
Able to work on KPI's and meeting the sales target with good communication skills

Requirements:

At least 2 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury fashion company
Strong experience of clienteling and CRM within luxury
Fluency in an additional English language

Offering:

Salary up to €25K depending on experience
Commission structure up to 2% based on objectives
