Descripción del puesto
- Provide exceptional customer experience by welcoming, greeting, listening actively, assisting customers in exceeding their expectations.
- Master an excellent knowledge of the product as well as the Trussardi differentiation, history, and heritage.
- Guarantee cross and up-selling for all product categories, maximize sales opportunity to achieve individual sales target and KPIs.
- Relate with clients and give tailor-made advices on general trends in the fashion world and developments in the luxury market, showing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Ensure the achievement of individual and Store goals, enhancing and developing the business.
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers, deal with different nationalities and personalities, to encourage them desire the products and always make sure the customer is at ease.
Perfil
- At least 2 y of experience in retail
- Entrepreneurial, “can do” attitude and goal oriented
- Strong sense of accountability & personal commitment
- Proactive & flexible problem solver,
- “Thinking out of the box” attitude
