Get the sale using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc.).
Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness.
Evaluate customers skills, needs, and build productive long-lasting relationships.
Meet sales targets – attain or exceed budgeted sales objectives.
Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads.
Attend meeting, sales events, and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments.
Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data.
Maintain and expand client database within assigned territory.
A minimum of 2-3 years of outside sales experience.
Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills – fluency in English is required.
Proven success in developing new business and generating sales leads by managing a territory.
Demonstrated ability in problem solving, crafting a win-win solution, and negotiations with special emphasis on closing the sale.
Excellent presentation skills, along with strong self-directed organizational skills and attention to detail to organize time effectively and produce accurate, timely orders.
Computer proficient (Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook), with the ability to learn company software.
The ability to travel extensively within assigned territory.
Knowledge of the bridal and formal wear industry is a must.
Travels will represent at least 50% of the working time, the other 50% can be done in home office.
