- Own and drive the key performance customers of the Country. Identify opportunities and have a clear understanding of Brand goals vs Customer's needs. A key priority is sell-in and sales order management.
- Develop Account mid-and long-term strategy. Establish and develop long term relationship with customers in an effective way which builds on trust and respect to drive growth both for PUMA and the Account.
- Own the Go-To-Market process and plan the full year with each Account as well as internal stakeholders. Develop a long-term Business as well as Seasonal Account plans.
- Achieve set sales targets on seasonal and annual basis. To continually analyze sales and margin performance versus the set targets.
- Manage the sell in/sell out - to be compelling, inspiring and to consistently strive for sell in excellence utilizing all the sales tools provided. Monitor and analyze customer sell thru effectively.
- Lead two Key Accounts Executive in planning account management activities and how to get our Brand message in front of the consumer.
- University degree, or similar education in business with marketing and sales focus.
- 3-5 years work experience in a Sales, in Sport, Lifestyle or FMCG industry.
- Product and Lifestyle market sensitivity
- Analytical skills to understand the business and identify key drivers and opportunities
- Dynamic, energetic individual with passion for the PUMA brand
- Strategic thinking and pragmatic approach, excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills
- Team-orientation, high accountability, commitment, intrinsic motivation and flexibility
- Advanced computer skills in the Microsoft Office product family, SAP knowledge will be a plus
- Fluent Spanish and English language skills both verbal and written
- Willingness to travel
