Job Description

The Senior Manager, Customer Engagement Technology will lead the discovery, implementation, adoption, and continuous improvement of our Customer and MarTech (SalesForce) Platforms and other customer engagement technology and digital applications and services that enable best of breed Digital Initiatives and Marketing Automation for our marketing and business partners, globally.

This position is responsible for the full service, operation and delivery of Galderma's Digital Customer Engagement Technology Application Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage overall audience enablement for marketing, sales, and service end-points including system connectivity, automation of data refreshes, manual ad-hoc list pulls, and ongoing optimisations
  • Develop, implement, and document requirements, business rules, workflows, and processes for marketing automation tools
  • Track product adoption, system performance, unnecessary redundancies, and value delivered through marketing technology
  • Project oversight of all new technology implementations, including timelines, coordination with the PM team and implementation partners/vendors, and ongoing management and reporting of critical deliverables
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, implement and manage marketing automation tools, templates, and reporting
  • Plan and lead stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and / or understand business campaign objectives and engagement
  • Work in close collaboration with various teams across the organization to understand individual and macro needs, outcomes and value and ensure roadmaps are aligned to those needs, outcomes, and value
  • Perform vendor sourcing, RFP's, and coordinate with our legal department for all legal, data governance, and compliance requirements for marketing technology
  • Build and strengthen a team that implements and supports the business technology that enables our commerical Galderma organization
  • Provide management, leadership and mentoring to Commerical IT Marketing Technology direct reports
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Additional responsibilities as required
Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong experience as a people-manager in Marketing Technology Systems in a truly fast-paced environment
  • Effective experience in digital marketing (more on the Tech side) with hands-on experience implementing and ongoing product ownership
  • Extensive knowledge of marketing automation platforms, customer data platforms, data warehousing, personalization enablement, and data-driven marketing principles
  • Expertise in audience creation, journey configuration, data feed integrations, and A/B testing best practices with leading marketing cloud platforms like Salesforce and Adobe
  • Experience leading digital commerce with an omnichannel mindset
  • Experience working with and directing external agencies and consultants
  • Strong working experience with a variety of Marketing technologies
  • Experience with Salesforce systems
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and help in making well-reasoned decisions.
