ABOUT THE JOB
This challenging position is an outstanding chance for you to actively take the Swarovski Professional communication in the fashion and luxury industry to the next level. As Senior Marketing Communication Manager you will strongly contribute to the development and the execution of the product communication strategy for the fashion, jewelry, accessories, dance and other key segments. You will work on a global level with goals set by our top management and our Creative Director, liaise with internal colleagues and agencies from the US, Europe and Asia to achieve your targets, and help us to shape and spread a newly-developed, unique and authentic view of how our crystal is globally used in the most fashionable and artistic way.
Furthermore, your main responsibilities will include:
Develop inspirational as well as technical digital content assets, haptic or printed communication materials for the fashion, jewelry, accessories or other key segments in close cooperation with Product and Segment Management to show the versatile usage and application possibilities of our crystals, and to support and inspire our customers in these segments
Support content planning and strategy, ensure that contents meet channel needs (from Social Media, Website/ e-commerce, Newsletter to offline point of sale), and secure a 360° communication of our contents
Plan the communication calendar for our online channels (Website/ e-commerce, Social Media, Newsletter) & collaborate with the channel owners
Brief and closely work together with internal stakeholders (Trend, Design, Segment Management, Product Management, Online, PR) and manage external partners and agencies from the US, Europe and Asia
Have a strong understanding of various customer needs in different segments and regions
Support a fast-moving business environment, and continuously strive to improve efficiency in the content production process
Be responsible for the budget planning and control

As the ideal candidate for this position, you have a passion for Marketing and Communications, are a team player and enjoy working in a dynamic, result-driven and international environment. Furthermore, your profile includes the following:
Very good academic performance in marketing and communication related studies
Relevant work experience, preferably within the field of (online) communications or (trade) marketing
Experiences in content strategy, planning and content production in a fast-moving multiband (online) retail environment are a plus
Results-driven attitude with strong customer orientation
Strong project management skills, and a fully organized and structured way of working
Hands-on approach and effective working methods, always keeping our brand strategy at the top of your priority list
The ability to convince others through your solid analytical, communication and negotiation skills
Excellent English language skills, German language skills are a plus
