We are not a newly opened office — our structure, processes and client relationships are solid, stable and proven. We work closely with the most important womenswear players in the market, developing collections from concept to production with our teams and factories in India. You will be joining a young, dynamic and highly motivated team of 25 people in our established Barcelona office.

What We Offer
You will join a stable, experienced and structured team, collaborating directly with our Barcelona design office and our development/production teams in India. This is a long-term position within a mature organization, offering visibility of the full product cycle and real professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop womenswear collections, with a strong focus on woven / fluid fabrics (ideally experience with Indian woven/soft dressing categories).
- Create trend boards, colour palettes, silhouettes, fabric direction, trims and seasonal concepts.
- Prepare detailed technical packs (tech packs), sketches and product specifications.
- Work closely with sourcing, product development and factories to ensure feasibility, cost optimisation and technical accuracy.
- Support fittings, sample follow-up and approvals with suppliers and internal teams.
- Liaise directly with our production office in India when needed.

Perfil
___
Required Profile
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Fashion Designer, ideally working for a supplier, buying office or sourcing environment and India experience
Strong background in womenswear, especially woven / fluid categories.
Fluent English (spoken and written) – daily communication with international clients and India teams.
Excellent command of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and digital design tools.
Strong understanding of pattern construction, fabrics, volumes, fit and garment construction.
Organised, detail-oriented and comfortable working with deadlines and fast calendars.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.

Highly Valued (Nice to Have)
Experience working with Indian suppliers, production or development offices.
Knowledge or use of AI tools applied to fashion / design / workflows (e.g. trend research, image generation, design optimisation, presentation tools).
Additional languages are a plus.
