We are about to open a new outstanding Outlet in La Roca Village (Barcelona) and we are currently looking for a Stock Manager to joint this amazing experience.
As a Stock Manager, you will be Responsible for: ensuring the stockroom organization to maximize the store productivity, monitoring the stock levels and supporting the activities of the Stock and Sale Staff, guaranteeing the stock and inventory control.

As a Stock Manager, you will be Responsible for: ensuring the stockroom organization to maximize the store productivity, monitoring the stock levels and supporting the activities of the Stock and Sale Staff, guaranteeing the stock and inventory control.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as the point person for maintaining and supervising all the inbound/outbound merchandise as well as the maintenance and organization of all back of house stock and supply areas
- Be a role model ensuring the highest level of client service
- Represent the brand as an ambassador by promoting its values and ambitions within the market place
- Maintain the store standards according to the guidelines
- Manage the stockroom organization in order to contribute to the store productivity, in accordance with the DG directives and procedures
- Properly shipping, receiving product and supplies, process and distribute invoices on time
- Organize the stock and monitor the stock levels in order to support the activities of the Sale Staff
- Meet the product needs of the store to maximize product distribution and maintain a clean working environment
- If needed, execute the administration and back office duties
Perfil
Requirements:
- Fluency in Spanish and English. Other languages are considered a plus
- Minimum 5+ years of relevant experience in Stockroom management and luxury retail
- Managerial skills and customer service skills
- Constant desire for improvement
- Responsibility and reliability
- Excellent organizational skills
- Love for working with people
- Business acumen that drives to constantly look for ways to improve
