Descripción del puesto

Driving the Business:
• Meet sales goals by working with District Manager, corporate team, and retail partners on a consistent basis to identify and communicate ideas and opportunities to drive sales within all doors.
• Analyze sales reports to determine the needs of the business and set business strategies
• Communicate opportunities, including, but not limited to: strategies to drive sales, stock needs, and product needs
• Ensure individual sales goals are set for team members and manage results to ensure peak performance
• Support the development of Supervisors’ strategies to drive sales
• Ensure team members are trained and fluent in all aspects of Michael Kors’ selling strategies, customer service model, and demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the merchandise
• Motivate team to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals, ensure they are fluent in all aspects of the business
• Demonstrate sales leadership by playing an active role on the selling floor
• Collaborate with the DM and wholesale marketing to identify marketing opportunities to support sales
• Develop events/incentives that will continue to grow the customer base

Training:
• Train and develop MK team members on visual merchandising standards, product knowledge, best practices and Michael Kors’ Jet Set selling strategies and customer service model to maximize their business
• Educate retail partners and Selling Specialists on sales strategies, product knowledge, and visual merchandising standards through regular training sessions


Talent:
• Continually evaluate the performance and development of team members and provide constant feedback to ensure positive results
 Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image and adhered to at all times

Customer service:
• Engage every customer within the concession by utilizing Michael Kors’ selling service strategies and techniques
• Drive sales through utilizing a clientele book and developing a personal client database
• Resolve all client problems and complaints quickly and effectively
• Manage all special events inclusive of collection previews, client events, sale events and dept store events, etc
• Empower sales associates to make decisions in the customer’s best interest that also support the Company’s philosophy
• Ensure image and grooming standards are professional, reflective of the brand image, and adhered to at all times


Operations:
• Ensure visual graphics are current
• Ensure store and stock room maintenance, presentation, and organization issues are addressed in a timely manner
• Ensure deliveries are properly processed by Retail Partner and on the selling floor in a timely manner
• Schedule MK team members to maintain adequate floor coverage while maintaining payroll budgets

Perfil

  • 3+ years of store management experience
  • Ability to present in front of a group
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and follow-up skills: email, phone, etc.
  • Proficiency in retail math and computer software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Ability to analyze sales plans and reports
  • Flexible to work the hours in line with store needs
  • Strong fashion sense
  • Most have home office and access to email
  • english is a plus
