We believe that working for the company involves participating in this particular philosophy that we cultivate each day, which is revealed first of all in simple and discreet, polite and direct communication, concerned with the quality of the products like the traditions, craftsmen and techniques that create them. Each boutique symbolises a window that, from Solomeo, opens onto the world and simultaneously embraces a glance towards the reality that we attend to daily, a healthy lifestyle led according to the rhythm of nature.
Corresponding to a key element within this philosophy, the Team within the Boutique assumes the responsibility to personally represent it in front of our customers and is concurrently responsible for presenting the philosophy in relation to the profound work which occurs in Solomeo.
The quality that we would like to offer resides, first of all, in the daily attention to personal ap-pearance within the store, with a style that meets the standards of casual elegance of signature luxury of the brand. Furthermore, appearance signifies a polite, helpful disposition and being attentive to both customers and to colleagues: group work is carried out within the boutique which, under the coordination of the Store Manager, follows all of the necessary activities to provide customers with an experience of excellence.
The elements needed to keep up-to-date with product knowledge, aesthetics and philosophy are provided each season, in order to allow the Sales Associate to competently follow and guide the customer through the collection, to trying on and the selection. It is necessary to adhere to a service of sales, which renders our store experience unique and which demonstrates the special attention that accompanies our business from the creation of the collection all the way to the final presentation.
Managing the working environment not only includes the appearance in the boutique, the relationship with the customers and conducting sales transactions, but also provides for looking after visual displays: within the store as well as the window displays, both for daily placements and for periodical dressings and amendments. Moreover, managing includes organised administration of the warehouse and inventory, so that the supply and availability responds to an orderly and clear criterion, in absolute support of the communication with customers and the company.
To be successful in this role, applicants must have a minimum 2 year experience in Retail for exclusive or luxury goods, in addition to fluent proficiency in Spanish and English. The knowledge of another language will be considered as plus.
It is absolutely essential that applicants possess the ability to demonstrate willingness and versatility when interacting with customers from all over the world and that they are passionate and keep abreast of both standards and trends in fashion.
