At Bershka – a brand that promotes equal opportunities - we like our designers’ work to reflect the brand’s street style identity and vibrant philosophy. They are at the center of the creative process, taking the latest trends and translating them into a collection that exudes Bershka’s DNA.

As a Senior Textile Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating prints for the Womenswear collection and collaborating with the garment designers in order to design on-trend products that adapt to our customers’ needs.

What would it imply?

Collaborating with the design team in designing and developing print collections from the moment of their conception up to the production process.

Being able to carry out trend research, attend trade shows, and go on shopping and development trips for inspiration.

Sourcing new fabrics, materials and prints for your design ideas.

Ensuring proper sample development, designing specs and supervising their modifications for production.

Liaising with national and international suppliers, as well as with the department’s buyers and merchandisers, for sample validation, purchasing and production.

Presenting and reviewing the collection with the Commercial team in order to adapt it to different markets.


How do we imagine you?

With 4 to 5 years of experience developing prints for international businesses in a market similar to that of Bershka.

We would like you to be creative, attune to the needs of our customers, and capable of capturing and understanding the latest trends so as to then transmit them through our collections. We also imagine you as a good communicator with great capacity for teamwork in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
