Want to join our team? We are seeking a Sales Manager, with previous experience in fashion or luxury, to lead our dynamic Sales team from our Madrid office, with immediate availability.

Responsibilities:
The Sales Manager is responsible for selling our PYRATEX® smart fabrics to designers and brands, achieving set KPIs. This is a key hire with a high degree of internal and external exposure.

Other key responsibilities may be:
•Lead client engagement by developing and managing relationships at the middle management and key decision maker levels for large, medium and small customers.
•Manage sales transaction pipelines and forecasting.
•Staying up to date with and understanding latest market developments and trends in order to identify potential clients.
•Manage the performance of direct reports by developing accountabilities, establishing performance objectives, and ensuring that all policies are understood and adhered to.
•Coaching and leading sales team to achieve short term and long term goals.
•Perform other duties as directed.

Perfil

-  University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor’s degree) in a related discipline, plus generally 8 years of directly related experience in the fashion or luxury fields.
•           Passionate about the fashion industry
•           Motivated to work at a start up 
•           Energetic, forward-thinking and open-minded personality
•           Motivated, directed and driven individual, a strong team player across departments and functions.
•           Strong business and financial acumen (forecasting sales, evaluating customer business needs)
•           Ability to communicate effectively and concisely within cross-cultural workforce and client base.
•           General knowledge of company policies and sales processes.
•           Demonstrated ability to execute projects to stated objectives.
•           High proficiency in use of MS Office products and reporting tools. (Word, Excel, etc)
•           Significant business travel of up to 40% and work outside of the office required
