This position is responsible for planning and executing all marketing programs in support of the Dockers brand and business at key wholesale accounts across Europe.
Key Results:
- Strong 360 marketing plans that drive equity, traffic, and conversion for the Dockers brand at key wholesale accounts
- Increased exposure and support for Dockers from account marketing partners (corners, outposts, inclusion in customer marketing events, etc)
- Flawless execution of key programs and daily management of new opportunities
- Smooth sell-in of seasonal marketing plans with key accounts
- Consistent brand presentation and elevation within wholesale account stores and marketing tactics
- Coordination of Dockers programs across all internal Dockers creative and business teams
- Core partner for sales and merchandising in account facing meetings and strategy sessionsKey Responsibilities:
- Lead large scale, equity and sales driving, custom marketing programs at key wholesale accounts across Spain, France, Portugal, Turkey, France, UK, etc.
- Partner with Sales and Merchandising to understand annual and seasonal business goals and plan compelling marketing programs in support of those goals
- Act as the primary point of contact for Dockers with wholesale account marketing teams.
- Present brand POV at Dockers Sales Mtg, sell-in weeks, and key planning meetings throughout the year.
- Understand the Wholesale channel and the role of each key account in the Dockers portfolio and identify new opportunities for Dockers to gain share (floor space, sales, marketing exposures) within accounts
- Coordinate compelling launch programs for new fits, styles, or key equity moments for Dockers within accounts
- Partner with WS.com Marketing Coordinator to thoughtfully plan and execute strategic and compelling marketing programs leveraging all tactics for key accounts, online placements and strategies, email marketing, on-floor creative kits, trial events, PR, media, demand generation, social, and engagement programs.
- Brief in creative needs to global for seasonal assets with clear deliverables and timelines
- Recap, review, analyze and share out learning on all marketing programs
- Own budget and monthly forecasts for Dockers Wholesale Marketing

Perfil

- Strong strategy experience and management of 360 marketing programs
- External relationship experience required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and strong follow-up is required
- 5-7 years of work experience, channel marketing is preferred
- Personal traits: team oriented, energetic, takes initiative, has a point of view, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
