Oli&Carol is a company from Barcelona specialized in designing natural rubber toys for modern parents and their kids. The creative souls behind the brand are Olimpia and Carolina, 25 and 20 year old sisters who decided to start a business based in Barcelona 4 years ago and are now selling in more than 45 countries 400,000 units. They love design and nature and wanted to create environmentally friendly products.
Oli&Carol toys are made out of 100% natural rubber from trees, all in one piece with no holes to let water come inside. As a result they are perfect for soothing gums, hygienic, safe and biodegradable. They are used as teethers, bath toys, bracelets, decorative objects and more. The collections offer a wide variety of natural rubber toys with different shapes and colors perfect for babies. 
Oli&Carol are in continuous innovation with their products and expansions; working in new collections and markets.

Descripción del puesto

We are looking for a competitive retail Sales Assistant to be part of the Commercial Team of Oli&Carol. The goal is to increase company’s growth and revenue through sales maximisation.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for growing and developing existing customers, as well as generating new accounts and new business opportunities.

- Accurately describe product features and benefits.

- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service

- Understand customer needs and deal with issues providing creative and practical solutions

- Order managment

- Maintaining outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards

- Keep up to date with product information

- Pull weekly selling reports

Perfil


-        Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices

-        Proven working experience in retail sales

-        Strong analytical capacity

-        Used to teamwork and goal-driven objectives

-        Track record of over-achieving sales quota

-        Solid communication and interpersonal skills

-        Customer service focus

-        Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality

-        Basic administration skills

-        Fun in dealing with demanding customers

-        High sense of responsibility

-        Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and function independently

-        Languages: Native Spanish and High Level of English. French is a plus.
