Proporcionamos una plataforma (SaaS) donde nuestros clientes pueden controlar, analizar y ampliar su presencia digital, obteniendo una idea de las estrategias online de su industria.

Estamos buscando a alguien que se convierta en el mejor solucionador de problemas, debugger e implementador de soluciones para problemas técnicos complejos. Una persona que tenga interés en el user experience, capacidad para enfrentarse a nuevos desafíos y encontrar soluciones para problemas en el entorno web y sobretodo, que tenga MUCHAS ganas de trabajar y aprender.

Descripción del puesto

Responsibilities:

- Present and demonstrate the product to prospective clients and follow up accordingly.
- Gain market share in a given sector and increase profitability per account.
- Build, maintain, and manage client relationships.
- Create and execute strategies to gain account intelligence and develop business with new and existing clients.
- Generate sales leads and set client meetings to develop and maintain the client base.
- Research prospective accounts, pursue leads and follow through to a successful agreement.
- Provide market and industry knowledge to SDR colleagues and clients.
- Network with other professionals to identify leads.
- Provide the highest quality customer service to clients together with the dedicated Execution team.


Requirements:

- 2+ years of relevant B2B sales experience with a good track record.
- Exceptional technical aptitude, passion for understanding our technology and communicating its benefits to both technical and non-technical prospects.
- Strong interest in technology and marketing ecosystem.
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
- Curiosity, hunger, tenacity, the capacity to learn, positive attitude, and an unwavering commitment to be successful.
- Skills of persuasion.
- Strong presentation and communication skills.
- Self-motivation to improve current skill set.
- Native Italian
- English high-level. Other languages will be highly considered.


Education and knowledge:

- Bachelor's degree.
- Master´s degree will be a plus.
- Experience in the IT/digital sales sector will be a plus.
- Experience with different CRM programs will be a plus.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations.
- Good understanding of Social Media.
- Ability to travel when necessary.
