AWWG continuously evolves, pushing the limits and defying the status quo to create value through innovative, aspirational, and sustainable products that prioritize excellence, craftsmanship, differentiation, and quality.The project!As a Digital Planning Specialist, you will drive commercial performance by managing product assortment, planning seasonal buying strategies, and ensuring optimal stock levels across all sales channels.What will the role entail?You will be responsible for building and executing strategic buy plans aligned with the company’s Open To Buy (OTB), forecasting demand, analyzing product performance, and supporting product visibility throughout the campaign lifecycle.- Seasonal Buying & OTB Management- Define and execute the seasonal buy according to the approved OTB, aligned with brand strategy and commercial targets.- Select product assortment across categories and price points, balancing newness, core lines, and NOOS (Never Out Of Stock).- Identify key milestones for marketing campaigns (e.g., main launches, collaborations, promotional events) and select relevant product accordingly.- Cross-Functional Collaboration- Partner closely with Marketing, E-commerce Traders, Logistics, and the Buying team to align on product drops, pricing, and activation calendars.- Coordinate with Content and Visual Merchandising teams to ensure product is represented optimally on-site and across communication channels.- Markdown & Stock Strategy- Develop and maintain a markdown strategy per channel and country, using elasticity and sell-through analysis to optimize profitability.- Monitor aging stock and implement clearance actions in coordination with trading and logistics.- Track inventory levels and initiate reorders, markdowns, or transfers where needed to support demand.- Performance Analysis & Forecasting- Analyze historical data and current trends to forecast future demand and adjust buying plans accordingly.- Deliver weekly sell-through reports and performance dashboards to ensure visibility across product groups and warehouses.- Identify assortment gaps or overstock risks and recommend corrective actions.
