    JOB DESCRIPTION: Operations Supervisor REPORTS TO: Boutique Manager / Operations Manager JOB PURPOSE Working with the Boutique Management, the Operations Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the non-selling functions of the Boutique. Responsibilities include overseeing shipping and receiving, after sales, inventory control, loss prevention, POS functions, facilities maintenance and assisting in management of all areas of Boutique operations as needed. TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Ensure that all shipping and receiving functions that affect the store inventory are processed accurately by verifying purchase orders and ticketing and auditing the validation and verification reports. Maintain an orderly and neat stock and receiving area as well as the general maintenance of the store, ensuring merchandise is properly ticketed and sensored. Participate in all inventory and cycle counts. Oversee compliance of all associates with established Company policies, procedures, and standards, such as safekeeping of Company funds and property, personnel practices, security, inventory management, sales and record-keeping procedures. Train, coach, and manage all associates in execution of operations tasks, i.e POS procedures, return procedures, alteration requests, safety and security procedures, etc. Monitor the accuracy of receiving, transfers, damages, and returns-to-vendor (RTV's to Corporate to maintain the accuracy of the inventory. Ensure that adequate security exists and that physical facilities comply with safety codes and ordinances. Willingness to adhere to all company policies, procedures, regulations, and standards. Previous retail stock/shipping/receiving experience Produce and maintain operational reports and records to ensure adherence to Company policies and procedures. Ensure that all back-of-house operations are properly set-up and organized Lock and secure the store and oversee compliance with all opening/closing and security procedures.Assist with the process of payroll management, and scheduling of associates, and ensure compliance with payroll budgets. Help solve problems that affect the store's service, efficiency, and productivity. Provide and inspire outstanding service to our customers.

They will receive advanced training by HQ and participate to punctual seminars. Missions Description: TEAM MANAGEMENT: Managing the staff with the Store Manager and Deputy Store Manager. They will oversee coaching the team, developing talents daily and evaluating performance of sales team members. Lead the department team through briefing, goal setting, training on the product category and feedback sharing. Create a team spirit whilst managing, motivating, and driving the team to increase sales and ensure efficiency. Lead by example in demonstrating role model behavior. SALES & CUSTOMER MANAGEMENT: Maximizing sales results as well as various performance indicators on the product categories. Stimulating sales results based on a very good knowledge of the world of luxury and fashion. The person can attract and manage solid relationships with customers. Managing a portfolio of local and international clients. Responsibilities: Ensure the appropriate management of VIP Clients of Christian Dior, maximising their potential within your boutique. Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers and Sales Associates. Develop a portfolio of clients at VVIC and Elite level Fully manage all strategic, operational and creative planning of VIP events alongside the Events team. Propose and facilitate local events with ROI to increase customer loyalty. Follow up Client Indicators within Product Categories and leverage the Events or Animations planned. Develop and roll out operational tools to support the team within each department. Support the Events team from the creation to execution of client events. Ensure CRM capture rate remains consistently above 90%. Provide feedback to the Head Office CDM team for continuous improvement of data. Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented. Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to improve ROI. Implementation of key clienteling actions on existing and prospects with Diormag and Gifting program. Build and develop clientele loyalty by personally meeting as many clients as possible. Sales & CDM Operations Drive the strategy on Dior Journeys, to ensure 100% on Walk In, Welcome, FDA and Birthday Ensure data capture rate remains consistently above 90% Provide trainings to the Sales team on Dior CRM Tools. Implement a CDM rota among the Sales team to make sure all clients are contacted Provide Weekly and Monthly KPI reports for All Managers and Departments Support the team to drive the strategy from the KPIs on the shop floor (70% of time) Work on improving client segmentation, profiling and targeting for any action in order to improve ROI Increase client loyalty, with a special focus on local clientele, in all departments in conjunction with Department Managers Monitor results and profitability of all actions implemented with Retail Marketing Manager Full knowledge of back-office functions and boutique analysis (CRM, client recruitment, P&L, store activities, stock control, reports, VM rules etc). Ensure Dior standards are applied and maintained at all times in the merchandising, client experience and back-office activities Ensure that the Company procedures on security in relation to theft/pilferage are applied.
