As well as achieving the shop's objectives, and last but not least, keeping the shop properly ordered and updated with the necessary products.What will the role entail?- Customer experience: Attract and retain customers, paying attention to every detail and offering the highest quality service, reflecting the brand's values.- Sales: achieve the commercial objectives of the shop and KPIS by transmitting the differential value of the brand to customers.- Shop operations: working as a team, carrying out inventories, stock management, cash register, daily reports, among others, so that the point of sale functions correctly.- Shop image: keeping the shop properly ordered, following visual standards, as well as updated with the necessary products to offer a quality service.What do we offer?Great international working environment.Opportunity to grow and develop professionally.Attractive commission system.Discounts on the brands.

El proyecto! Para nuestra tienda de KARL LAGERFELD outlet en Madrid estamos reclutando a un Stock Associate a tiempo completo (40h). Esta es una fantástica oportunidad para unirse a un negocio fuerte y exitoso con planes de crecimiento ambiciosos pero realistas. El stock Associate es responsable de la gestión de las operaciones internas, incluidas las entregas, las transferencias y la organización del almacén, garantizando el cumplimiento de todos los procedimientos de gestión de almacén de HOK (House of Karl). El associate también tiene la responsabilidad de proporcionar un ambiente de trabajo y compras seguro. ¿En qué consistirá el puesto? - Gestión de stock - Se trata de procesar eficazmente todas las entradas y salidas de mercancías, - Garantizar que todas las entregas se procesan y gestionan en el sistema POS. - Informar al Store Manager de cualquier discrepancia de entrega o en el stock - Archivar la documentación correctamente y según los procedimientos de House of Karl - Impulsar las ventas - Esto implica un buen conocimiento del negocio que proporcionará un crecimiento en las ventas. - Dar feedback al Store Manager sobre las existencias necesarias para disponer de todos los productos. - Mantener un almacén ordenado y organizado con un sistema claro. - Estar al tanto de los best sellers y los slow sellers y garantizar que estos son fácilmente accesibles en el almacén - Conocimiento del producto - Esto implica un conocimiento excepcional del producto para apoyar las operaciones de la tienda. - Excelente conocimiento del producto (tamaños, colores y estilos, etc.)
