__What We OfferYou will join a stable, experienced and structured team, collaborating directly with our Barcelona design office and our development/production teams in India. This is a long-term position within a mature organization, offering visibility of the full product cycle and real professional growth.___Key Responsibilities- Design and develop womenswear collections, with a strong focus on woven / fluid fabrics (ideally experience with Indian woven/soft dressing categories).- Create trend boards, colour palettes, silhouettes, fabric direction, trims and seasonal concepts.- Prepare detailed technical packs (tech packs), sketches and product specifications.- Work closely with sourcing, product development and factories to ensure feasibility, cost optimisation and technical accuracy.- Support fittings, sample follow-up and approvals with suppliers and internal teams.- Liaise directly with our production office in India when needed.___
