Office & Administrative SupportEnsure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office, coordinating supplies, maintenance and relationships with service providers.Provide administrative assistance to different departments (document preparation, shared files, office organization).Maintain workspaces and meeting rooms, ensuring order and a brand-aligned environment.Handle basic corporate materials such as labels, postcards, packaging and internal documents.Samples, Stock & LogisticsPrepare, package and ship product samples for showrooms, trade fairs, press, clients and photographers, maintaining brand standards in presentation.Create and update documentation linked to samples and shipments (labels, packing lists, stock transfers, returns).Coordinate the reception and return of seasonal samples, ensuring correct storage and traceability.Support stock management between e-commerce and wholesale, updating trackers and transfer records.Oversee packaging consistency across factories and coordinate shipments with suppliers, including follow-up of deliveries.Events & Brand ActivitiesProvide logistical and operational support in the organization of events (presentations, trade fairs, showrooms, PR events).Coordinate preparation of products, samples and materials for pop-ups, archive sales and other physical retail initiatives.Work closely with Marketing, Wholesale and Production teams to support brand activations and special projects.Basic Finance SupportAssist the Finance team with simple administrative tasks such as invoice management, filing and documentation control.
